- 對於院友登錄或留存之個人資料，除下列情況外，《小院》未得院友同意前，不對外揭露您之姓名、地址、電子郵件地址及其他依法受保護之個人資料：
(一)基於法律之規定；
(二)受司法機關或其他有權機關基於法定程序之要求；
(三)為保障《小院》或旗下相關行號之財產及權益；
(四)在緊急情況下為維護其他會員或第三人之生命或財產安全。

- 院友登錄或留存之個人資料，均同意《小院》及關係企業或合作對象，得於合理之範圍內蒐集、處理、保存、傳遞及使用該等資料，以提供使用者撰寫其他資訊文章或服務、或作成會員統計資料、或進行調查或研究，或商業行銷活動，或為任何之合法使用的其他服務。
- 院友想刪除會員資格(我們會想念您的，也謝謝您這段時間的支持），請您先點入 申請書 填入註冊信箱，我們收到通知後，會再次跟您確認，並於30天內，刪除您的帳號與所有關聯內容。
Regarding the personal information provided during user registration or retention, except in the following circumstances, “Courcasa” will not disclose your name, address, email address, and other legally protected personal information to external parties without the consent of the user:
- In accordance with legal requirements;
- Upon request from judicial authorities or other authorized agencies based on legal procedures;
- To protect the property and rights of “Courcasa” or its affiliated entities;
- In emergency situations to safeguard the life or property of other members or third parties.
By registering or providing personal information, users agree that “Courcasa”, its affiliated companies, or partners may collect, process, store, transmit, and use such data within a reasonable scope. This may include providing users with the ability to write other informational articles or services, compiling member statistical data, conducting surveys or research, engaging in business marketing activities, or providing any other lawful services.
If users wish to terminate the membership and delete all the personal data on “Courcasa” (we will miss you and thank you for your support during this time), please click here to access the application form, fill in your registered email address, and once we receive the notification, we will reach out to you again for confirmation. Within 30 days, we will proceed to delete your account and all associated content.
